A Child's Place, PA is in search of a full-time Family Advocate to service clients at both our Fayette and Washington County CACs. Please note: As a Federal Sub-Contractor, all employees are required to be fully vaccinated against the Covid-19 virus.

 

In coordination with the Multidisciplinary Team, the Family Advocate is integral in preparing the child and family for the interview and medical exam process, answering any questions prior to the appointment. The Family Advocate provides ongoing support to victims and their non-offending families and maintain contact with the family for up to two years after the CAC interview to ensure that the family receives services and additional referrals they may need. The Family Advocate will provide support to clients in Washington and Fayette counties, therefore travel is a requirement for this position.
